History/Background Story: Cecilia, being the solitary child of the Kelly family is under the pressure of the family's prestige. Kelly's family is quite famed among the muggles as her dad is a fortunate lawyer. Cecilia however, has her pet cat, Luna who is always there to solace her human friend whenever in need. Cecilia does have three cousins who are keen enough to put her in inconvenience whenever they visit her house during the vacations. She tries her finest to impress her parents yet her dad thinks that she could do better. Nevertheless, her mom is pleased by what her daughter is and her grandparents also support her.
She has a lots of friends around her but very few of them are true ones. She has friends disguised as good ones but from back they are cheaters. Although the world is harsh to her, she has her best friend, Melanie who is always by her side. As she is a Muggle, she is not aware of the fact that Cecilia is a witch.
Cecilia's mom, Jenna Taylor is a Gryffindor who is an excellent student but also a mischief maker. She married Joshua Kelly, a famous lawyer who hasn't lost a single case. The Kelly family has the one and only child Cecilia Kelly who hasn't got a chance to be carefree because of her attempt of perfection.

First Instance Of Magic:Cecilia's cousins were again at mischief. This time they cut a hole through their mother's favourite jumper and as usual blamed it on Cecilia.
"Show me the jumper." Cecilia's aunt demanded as Cecilia was hiding the jumper behind her back.
"Aunt it werw my cousins for sure! They came to me and handed this to me."
"Stop lying already! I know you did something to it. Show me." Cecilia's aunt was stubborn enough to not listen to her niece's words.
Cecilia was on the verge of crying and slowly showed the jumper to her aunt. She closed her eyes ready for the scolding but everything was silent. She peaked from her left eye and saw her aunt with a strange expression. She quickly looked at the jumper and surprisingly she found that there was no hole. Cecilia's aunt snatched the jumper from her and started inspecting it, not able to believe her eyes. Cecilia was feeling relaxed and curious at the same time. Maybe her eyes played tricks on her and her cousins were teasing her.
"Nevermind, seems like they played another prank. And I didn't think you too would be involved in that prank." Cecilia's aunt said in disbelief and left the room.
10 years old Cecilia took a deep breath and was left relieved, little did she knew that it was her first instance of magic.
