LUCY ELEONORE HENDRIKS - FIRST YEAR - RAVENCLAW
FIRST INSTANCE OF MAGIC The sky was blue, birds were singing, it was a basic May afternoon. A seven years old Lucy was in her room, sitting on her bed, her child-sized guitar on her knees. She was trying a quite difficult chord. Her mom and Eliott were in the kitchen, baking chocolate eclairs. Lucy had been practicing for almost an hour now, always the same chord. She could do it but she was a perfectionist, and the chord didn't sound perfect so she continued practicing. She was pissed off. Why couldn't she do this chord correctly? Lucy wanted to throw her guitar across the room, but she knew that the instrument was expensive so she didn't. Instead, she threw her face in her pillow and screamed. At the same time, the light bulb and the window of her room exploded and a few pieces scratched Lucy's arms. Nothing deep or dangerous. Sophie and Eliott arrived running and looked horrified when they saw Lucy's room. Without losing a second, Eliott took his wand and repaired the window and the light bulb while Sophie carried her daughter to the living room to clean the small cuts. — "Sophie, I think that Lucy just made some magic…" __________________________________ | _ |
HISTORY
Lucy never knew her father. He left before she was even born. Because of this, Sophie Hendriks, Lucy's mother, had to drop college and work two jobs : in a cafe and as an event phtographer. Even with her two jobs, Sophie was an attentive and loving mother, who took care of her daughter with the help of her parents. When Lucy was four, her mother met someone, Eliott Lockwood. Eliott was a wizard and waited a few months before telling it to Sophie. Lucy entered school at five years old and a father-daughter dynamic was quickly instored between Lucy and Eliott. At school, Lucy had a lot of friends but passed almost all her time with her best friend, Théo Lefevre, a french kid who was in England for his father's job and who always had amazing stories about his mother (a witch). When she was seven, Lucy started to take some guitar and art classes. She had a great memory and had very good grades in school. The summer after she turned nine, Sophie and Eliott got married and Lucy was a bridesmaid. And a year later, in October, her step-brother Sam was born. Entering Hogwarts, Lucy wasn't a total stranger to the wizarding world, thanks to her step-dad. She is obviously going to learn a lot of things but she won't get lost. __________________________________ |

 ───────────────────── THE MOTHER ─────────────────────Sophie Hendriks-Lockwood  Sophie Hendriks was born on April 16th, 1991 in Birmingham to a Dutch father and British mother. She speaks English, Dutch, German and a little bit of French. She met Lucy's father during her last year of highschool and was delighted when she learned that they were both going to London for college. They started dating after Sophie's first stressful exam. They were eighteen, she was studying for being a teacher and he was taking informatics classes. When they were nineteen, they took a flat together and life was going amazingly. To make some money, Sophie was working in a coffeshop. Two years later, Sophie found out she was pregnant and her boyfriend didn't take it well. He litteraly left, without saying |
. |  anything. Sophie had not finished her degree and was deeply thinking of getting an abortion. But she wanted a child and felt ready so she kept it. She moved back to her parents' house in Birmingham. ─────────────────────And soon enough, Lucy was born and Sophie decided to go back to London. She took back her job in the coffeshop and started a second job as a photographer for events. A few years later, she started dating a regular of the coffeshop, Eliott Lockwood. When he first told her about him being a wizard, she thought he was joking. In 2017, Sophie openned her own bakery/coffeshop. In 2019, Sophie and Eliott got married. And in 2020, they got a son, Sam Hendriks-Lockwood. THE STEPDAD ─────────────────────Eliott Lockwood  Eliott Lockwood was born in London on July |
. | 8th, 1990 to both wizard parents. He always lived in London, except for the times he was in Hogwarts. Eliott was a straight A (O) Hufflepuff student. After Hogwarts, he became an Auror for the Ministry. ─────────────────────One day, he went in a coffeeshop, as he decided to walk from work to his house. He went back the next day, for their coffee and for the barista. He then learned her name - Sophie Hendriks - and they started to hang out, and then dating. After a few months of dating, he decided to tell her he was a wizard. Even if she didn't really believed him at first, she was forced to admit it when her daughter Lucy provoked a magical event, a few years later. He then asked a friend of his to make her a custom wand. THE BROTHER ─────────────────────Sam Lockwood-Hendriks ───────────────────── THE FATHER ─────────────────────Unknown The dude left when Sophie told him that she was pregnant. He never reached back, he just moved on. He probably thinks that Sophie had an abortion and is he saw her in the street, he'll probably wonder who is the girl walking with his ex-girlfriend. |
