ReducioA bit tall for his age, around 5'3 but also a bit slim for his age. Has dark brown eyes that have called deep on a regular basis but they are sometimes covered by his medium length black hair, which he allows to cover his forehead.

Pre-Hogwarts
ReducioShawn's mother spend a year abroad in Ireland. When there she met his father, who kept his life as a wizard secret to her. They engaged in a romantic relationship that ended with his mother getting pregnant. However, once his father's truth was revealed to Shawn's mother, she left to go back to New York City and raise Shawn away from all of wizardkind. As such, Shawn's first few years of life very of the average muggle in America, that is until his ninth birthday. During the small family only party for Shawn's ninth birthday, Shawn began to hear a knocking sound from the door, and without being able to explain why, knew that it was his father. His excitement overwhelmed him and he opened the door with a bang for his father, only Shawn was about 50 feet away from the door. Shawn's father used this moment to show his mother that Shawn is just like him, a wizard. Shawn's mother was distressed by the news but agreed to move with Shawn to Dublin in order to further his magical education. But that only lasted a few months, some random night Shawn's mother left to go back home, she couldn't deal with the idea of magic according to his father. Shawn begrudgingly accepted this and decided to look forward instead of looking back.
