Scarlett Alice Noel was the 2nd child of the Noel family to be born. Born on October 18 2013, in eastern London, England.

House: Walking down the cobbled streets of London, one would come across a magnificent house that would leave them mesmerized. The house had a unique charm that drew people towards it. It was a big fancy light academia themed house that looked like it was taken straight out of a fairy tale.

As soon as you enter the house, you are welcomed by a warm and homely atmosphere. The sunlight filtered through the massive windows, lighting up the living room. One could see a large Persian rug lying in the center, complimenting the vintage theme of the house.

As you move towards the back of the house, you would find a massive library that would leave all book lovers awestruck. The shelves were lined with thousands of books, all neatly arranged in alphabetical order. The library had a soothing ambiance, and the soft lighting added to the calming atmosphere. The walls were adorned with beautiful paintings, old maps, and intricate tapestries that filled the room with a rich aesthetic.

The library wasn't just any ordinary library. It was equipped with comfortable couches, chairs, and bean bags strategically placed so that readers could get comfortable and enjoy their books in peace. Many people from the neighborhood would come to enjoy the library and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The bedrooms were also decorated in a similar style, with huge four-poster beds, fancy rugs, and antique lamps. It was like stepping into another world, a world of luxury and elegance. The bathrooms were fitted with marble and had huge vintage bathtubs where you could soak in and relax.

The house was perfect for people who love the academia genre. It was a place where one could unwind, relax and enjoy all that the house had to offer. The warm sun-filled rooms and the ambiance of the house made it a haven for quiet relaxation, and the perfect place to read and write.

In conclusion, the big fancy light academia themed house in London, England, was no ordinary house. It was a place that had a unique charm that drew people towards it. The massive library and the vintage ambiance of the house made it an ideal place for book lovers and anyone who wanted to escape the noise of the city. It was a place where one could experience luxury and elegance at its finest.

Back in the muggle world, Scarlett had no friends other than this one muggle in the neighborhood when she was about 6 years old. His name was Parker and he seemed to be a lot like her. He was shy and liked books a lot. She decided that he was her best friend without him even knowing it. Sadly, he moved away when she turned 8.

Although her older sister, Elaine, went to a muggle school, Scarlett did not. She was homeschooled by her mother, who taught her all about the wizarding world. She learned a lot from her mother which is what probably made her the intelligent young woman she is now.

Scarlett is a shy and introverted girl who spends most of her time lost in the pages of her favorite books. She finds books to be a much-needed escape from reality, and they allow her to immerse herself in different worlds and experiences. Scarlett is a self-proclaimed bookworm who enjoys reading all kinds of genres, but her favorites are fantasy and romance. Despite being quiet and reserved, Scarlett is observant and thoughtful. She has a rich inner world and is always analyzing the people and situations around her. She has a clever sense of humor and can make witty remarks when she feels comfortable enough to do so. Scarlett is a bit of a perfectionist, and she often puts a lot of pressure on herself to excel in everything she does. This can make her anxious and self-conscious, which further adds to her shyness. However, when it comes to reading, she is confident and knowledgeable, and she loves to share her thoughts and opinions with others- only if it's about books. Scarlett's shyness can make it difficult for her to make friends, but when she does, they are usually fellow book lovers with whom she can talk about her favorite novels and authors. She values her alone time, but she also craves human connection and understanding. In summary, Scarlett's personality is characterized by her love of books and reading, her shyness, her thoughtfulness, her wit, and her perfectionism. She is a complex and interesting person who holds a lot of promise for a bright future.

Scarlett loves reading. Her favorite book genre to read and to write in would definitely be fantasy. She reads 700 paged books in about 3 days. If she really put her mind to it she could read it in 2.

Scarlett loved spending her afternoons at the library. It was her favorite spot to be during the day. She would find a cozy corner, and read a book. One day, while Scarlett was reading a 700 page book, at 7 years old, she unintentionally caused her first instance of accidental magic.
She realized that the book was so long she was never going to be able to finish it. She closed the book loudly and pouted. Then, the book started floating in the air and changing to the page she had closed it on. She told her parents immediately and they were both proud and happy about their daughter.

Elaine is a very cute and quirky teenager. She is kind and very polite. She loves anyone who treats her nicely. She is loyal (like a true hufflepuff) to her family and friends. She is more extroverted than introverted and she's pretty brave.❞
