¤ James Holling | First year | Slytherin ¤

James was born in Liverpool on May 26, 2009. Since then, he has lived in the suburbs. He spends most of his time in the forest not far from home, sitting on the grass reading, drawing or looking at nature, the sky. Sometimes he comes to this forest to have fun with his friends, or with his big brother, Jack, who is already at Hogwarts in the Hufflepuff house. With him, they tell each other everything: their sorrows, their loves, their joys ...

His parents are accomplished pure-blood wizards. His mother, Elisabeth, is a potionist while his father, Jeffrey, works at the Ministry of Magic as an oblivator. James is very close to his parents as well as his brother and enjoys spending time playing with them very much.

James is very studious in most subjects. He gets the good marks in English, mathematics, science ... But there is one subject where he cannot do it: history. The boy may have a good knowledge, but his memory plays tricks on him with historical dates. This material was boring to him and didn't really care about remembering everything. We add his curiosity, his character rather reserved for his intelligence and we obtain a perfect Ravenclaw. At least that's what James thought when he arrived at Hogwarts but the Sorting Hat decided otherwise.

In winter, with his brother and his parents, James goes to the mountains for two weeks. It was during one of his vacations that his first instance of magic was shown. As he was descending a track alone, he fell into a river with icy water. After extricating himself from the river, he was unable to move because of the frozen water that made his blood run cold. And, as if by magic, before his big brother arrived, a kind of heat spread through his body, saving him from hypothermia.
