History/Background Story: I was born in the United States, but my parents moved to Surrey three years ago for their dream jobs. My parents are history professors at the University of Oxford. My mom says that I started my rebellious teen phase when I turned three. I apparently spent the next few years in time-out constantly for yelling, hitting, or arguing. After I started school, I mellowed out. I'm still a little rebellious, but now it is tampered down by shyness.
I'm not afraid of animals, in fact I love animals more than anything in the world, so naturally when I was five I decided to pet a random dog. He was not a fan of his personal space being invaded by a small child, and he bit me. My mom screamed, and my dad ran to try and force the dog to release me. I didn't feel any pain, and when the dog released me I wasn't bleeding and there were no teeth marks on my skin. It was like magic protected me, and this freaked my mom out more than the bite.
Other weird things happened when I was very upset, angry, or happy that no one could explain. It seemed like these occurrences tripled when we moved to England. I was so mad at my parents for moving us, and making me leave my best friend. It didn't help that none of my new classmates liked me either. It was probably because of my attitude (mostly shy with random outbursts of rebellion and temper at inappropriate times), my different accent, weird slang, or a mixture of all three.
