Possible future abilities for quidditch (most likely not happening)

WC: 421ReboundThe eye on the prize. That was Irina’s main saying when it came to quidditch. She always made sure that everything in her power was done to get the victory. It was always her main goal to win the game and score the most points for her team.
When she first arrived at Koldovstoretz she was very interested in the sport that she saw quite a few students playing on trees. It was not at all what she had read in the stories and wondered why they were flying on full grown trees rather than broomsticks. Irina expressed interest to one of the players that she saw and they kindly taught her how to ride. At first, Irina was shocked that the tree held her weight and was amazed that it was able to fly but soon she became immersed in flying.
It gave her a sense of freedom that she always wanted and reminded her that this really was where she wanted to be. Day after day she practiced outside at the school and started to learn some fancy skills with her flying. Soon enough she was better then the student that taught her and was starting to get noticed by the quidditch team for her skills.
On just one of her normal flying sessions, someone walked over to her and asked her if she wanted to try out for the quidditch team. Irina said yes and after trying out was immediately put on the team as a chaser. She kept learning, day after day about the game, the quaffle, and the fouls. As she studied she realized that it was a big red ball that could determine the fate of the game. With all of her new knowledge about quidditch she moved to start practicing objects that represented the quaffle. Since the school didn't have that many quaffles, Irina wanted to practice with other things first.
She started out with bewitching pillows, then shoes, then even rocks. She really didn't want them to accidentally hit anyone on the way down so she made sure to always catch it mid air. Irina had even enlisted another one of her quidditch buddies to help her out and every time she would catch the object. She had such sharp reflexes when catching and she was always able to swerve her tree in the right direction to catch it. That was the start of Irina's quidditch career that she hopes to continue by being her competitive self and always catching the falling objects.
WC: 435Irina loved to play quidditch and had done it almost everyday since she arrived at Koldovstoretz at the age of 9. It was her passion and her goal to be the best player she could be. Regardless what anyone from the other schools might have said about the use of trees for broom, Irina found it as an advantage. It allowed her to be much more aggressive when playing and gave her practice playing in tough circumstances. The best part about it was the ability to hit bludgers with the back of the tree.
It was a skill that was quite hard to learn but, Irina had spent years practicing it and by the age of 13 she had finally succeeded in it. The way to do it was when I bludger or other object was coming towards her she had to swerve to avoid it then quickly get to a position where she could hit it back at someone else. This gave her an edge above the other team because she could now act as both a chaser and beater. Unsurprisingly due to this, many students decided against hitting a bludger towards her so that they didn’t get hit themselves.
To achieve this skill she had to first practice the dodging of the bludgers. She got the help of one of her friends that played beater and had them hit buldger after bludger at her. It was a daunting process for Irina but she was able to dodge most of them. There were a few that happened to be a close call and one almost ended her up in the hospital yet she was determined to do all it took to learn this skill. After she felt very comfortable with dodging bludgers she moved onto learning how to use her broom to hit them back.
This was the confusing part because it made no sense that the tree would be able to not break once it hit the bludger. Somehow though based on the angle and speed that the bludger was hit it could hit someone else. After losing a couple trees to the process, Irina had angle down and was so ready to try it out at a game. The first time though it didn’t go as planned, she dodged the bludger and hit it back but instead of hitting the other team, someone on her team got hit with it.
With a little more practice, Irina was able to try and angle it towards the other team but it was never for sure, that was the risk of learning the cool skill.
