Reducio
The potato peelings can be found in Apothecary Shop in Diagon Alley. They’re one Knut per piece and ensure that both the buyer and not dealer get/spend the same amount of money once the item is sold as some items decrease in value when they are sold. I would usually just ask for money, but because first years cannot give money I just refer to potato peelings (:
