First time leaving home {pt 1} Solo

The day I was to leave for Hogwarts was admittedly very stressful and exciting; myself and my entire family woke up very early to eat breakfast, make sure I had everything packed (this wasn't much of an issue since I had been packed for about a month) and get everyone ready to leave the house. Since dad is Muggle-born naturally we own a car; we all climbed into the car and began the very long ride to the train station in which my older brother Leo teased me endlessly about random things. Even though he was teasing me I was happy that he was there to see me off; my brother & I have been so close since he graduated from Durmstrang.

Upon arriving at the train station my father placed my trunk upon one of the wheeled carts for me to push; I followed my family through the station and smiled when I seen my grandmother disappear through a brick wall. Mom and grandma had told me about the Platform; but for some reason I didn't expect it to be in the mix of Muggles. Thankfully however I was not the only one new to seeing this Platform; my father and brother are as well.

Soon enough my whole family was through the barrier and standing in front of the amazing Hogwarts Express.
