Physical Appearance: Regan Mattingly is a ginger-haired girl with hazelnut eyes and ovel-ish glasses. Her hair is long and full, and she only gets freckles in the summer, oddly enough. At 11, her height is at 4'9.

Personality: Regan loves to be with friends, but she definitely enjoys her free time outside of hanging out. She loves to read, swim, and play games with others. She's very outgoing, and she's a great conversationalist if you can keep up with her and keep the conversation going. She rarely gets mad, so when she does, it's best to stay clear of her way. She's overall a happy person and fun to be around, though she does worry that sometimes she's too loud or annoying. And, she absolutely hates it when people ignore her. She wants people to talk about their problems, not run from them.

Home Life: Regan's home life is very loving and a great environment. Even though she's a half-blood (her mom being a wizard), she's very educated in both worlds. She's seen plenty of magic while also experiencing the muggle life. She has two younger sisters, one 4 years younger and the other 7 years younger. She loves both of her parents, but she enjoys her mom's company the most, mainly because her dad always makes her upset and annoyed with little things.

FIOM: Regan Mattingly, who at the time was 10, had just had an argument with her parents. It was mainly because she kept talking back and couldn't keep her mouth shut when she should've. Afterwards, her parents sent her up to her room, so Regan stomped up the step and stomped into her room. Suddenly, SLAM! The door slammed close. But Regan didn't do it. She opened the door, worried she'd get in more trouble, and yelled downstairs, "I swear I didn't slam the door! It was on it's own! I didn't touch it!" Her parents told her to stay in her room, and Regan did, this time she closed the door softly. She plopped herself on the floor and stared at the door the entire time she was in her room. Later, her mom came in and explained what had happened (from her best understanding, seeing as she hadn't seen it herself). Regan was thrilled to learn she had just committed her first magical act. But in the end she was still grounded.
