They are 39 when Rose is starting her school. Her father is a wizard named Frost Hazel who is a pure blood. While her mother, June Hazel is a muggle born witch. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Evans.
Her mother has taught her all about muggles and she has even attended a muggle school which she used to top.
Her father has already told her a lot about the magical world.
She has been a lovable child. She has had many friends, both muggles and non muggles. Although ofcourse her magical identity is hidden from the muggle world.

Rose's first instance of magic was when she was just three years and five months old. When she saw her mother bring fresh yellow tulips from the market she wanted to put them in a vase. She touched them and felt softness and suddenly compared them to the hard metallic magical objects he father kept at their house. When she picked the flowers, this coincident thinking turned them into crystals. Although the petals still had warmth in them, they had turned into amber crystals with the stem turning into emerald crystals. This made her parents understand her abilities to undermine the conflicts of opposites rather acknowledge their beauty.
