KAILANI KATZ
Physical Description: Kailani has light, slightly warm-toned skin and long, silky, slightly wavy white hair that she usually just leaves down without doing much to it. Her eyes are an ocean blue.
Mental Description: Kailani is quiet and thoughtful, and she notices things most people don’t. She understands people easily, even without saying much. She can overthink and keep her feelings to herself, but she’s kind, steady, and very loyal to the people she cares about. She is hard-working, and very resilient, does not give up easily.
Biography: Kailani grew up near the ocean, in a cabin, spending a lot of time on her own drawing, thinking, or just watching the waves. She wasn’t very social, but she didn’t mind—it felt natural to her. She lives with her muggle mother and wizard dad, along with her younger brother and a puffskein family pet. Her family has a barn owl and a few cats too.
First Instance of Magic: Her first clear moment of magic happened when she was drawing by the ocean. She got frustrated trying to sketch the waves, and suddenly the wind picked up, flipping through her sketchbook. When it stopped, her unfinished drawing looked more detailed than she remembered, like it had been fixed somehow. The waves were much more dynamic and foamy, and had more color in it.
