Biography:Family from father's side is descended from Arabic traders visiting China. Family from mother's side is descended from Chinese civilians fleeing to Taiwan after the Chinese civil war. Alicia was born and raised in Taiwan for the first 6 years in her life, then her family moved to the UK after that. She met several friends in her new school, but was bullied for having Asian features. Things became slightly better when she started "dating" a boy in her class who was popular, cute, and rich. However, they broke up soon after, and everyone blamed her. She became more quiet and only surrounded herself with 3 of her best friends: Athena (a brown girl from South Africa), Stella (a kind girl), and Chloe (her best friend since 3rd grade). After half a year of this situation, she got her Hogwarts letter.
