Physical Description: Ann is short, shorter than the usual children her age. She is a bit chubby, but her dads always say she will grow out of it at some point. She has brown hair up to her shoulders, that's usually wavy. She doesn't like her hair in her face, so she tends to put it up or tuck her hair behind her ears. She has blue eyes that don't work very well, so she is forced to wear glasses.

Mental Description: Ann has always enjoyed school, though she was not the best of her year. Despite not being great at school, she always pass her tests. But most importantly, she always made friends everywhere, and is a social butterfly. She also really loves animals, reading, and arts & crafts. She just really doesn't enjoy studying that much. She does go into Hogwarts with fresh energy, ready to make new friends, and hopefully liking studying more. She has also decided to not eat any animals anymore, and has been a vegetarian since she was 7 with support of her dads.

Biography: Ann grew up in Inverness, and lives with her two dads, who are both muggles. She was adopted when she was a baby, so she doesn't have any connection to her biological family. Her birth parents, both muggles, were very young when Ann was born. They were not interested in raising a child at their young age and gave her up for adoption. Ann has known about this for a few years now, since she's asked her dads about it, but hasn't shown much interest in getting to know her birth parents at this time of her life, though this might change in the future. She's very close to both her dads, as well as her grandparents.
Receiving the acceptance letter for Hogwarts was quite a surprise. A random teacher showed up at her door, and explained that she is a witch and was accepted to go to school to learn magic and wizardry. Her dads were obviously worried that this was all a prank, until the teacher transfigured their tea cup into a bird. Of course, Ann was allowed to go, but she was sad to say goodbye to her friends in school.

First Instance of Magic: Upon receiving her letter, Ann had no idea if there was ever an instance of magic, but in hindsight things made a lot of sense. One time when she was around 6 years old, Ann was convinced she made her toy move from one side of the room to the other, but whens he wanted to show her dad what she could do, she couldn't reproduce the magic, and she just assumed she was being silly. She never talked about it again.
