Celeste Starling (Pure-blood)
Physical Description: Celeste Starling is a light skinned girl with long black wavy hair which are complemented with bangs. She has dark brown eyes and a button nose along with sharp features.
Mental Description: Celeste is a very curious girl and at times can be blunt and unconsciously funny. She is socially awkward at first but gets more casual as she talks. She tends to be a realist and looks at both the pros and cons of a situation.
Biography: Celeste was born to Cygnus and Callidora Starling in a pure-blood family in Ireland. She has two older brothers Caius and Corvus. Caius wants to work in the Department of Mystries while Corvus wants to follow the footsteps of Newt Scammader and become a Magizoologist. Celeste wants to be an Auror once she grows up. She is also very close to her aunt, Miss Cassiopeia, a famous seer. This family resides in the Starling Manor in Kilkenny, Ireland.
First Instance of Magic: One day when the Celeste's brothers were teasing about not flying as well as they did when she got upset and caused a small, weak storm in the garden.. This storm was only able to cause a little drizzle and some wind and was not strong enough to actually damage anything. Celeste was 4 when this took place.
