Physical Description: Eli enjoys keeping his black hair cut short, it's practical and requires little to no styling efforts. He is slightly above average in height but he hunches when he sits and struts when he walks. His bottom lip is thicker than the top lips which creates a perpetual sad pouting look on his face that only worsens when paired with his dreary, watery blue eyes.
Mental Description: Due to his solem expressions he is often categorized as a sad boy with trouble making friends, this is untrue, Eli, while often alone, likes silence and stagnate atmospheres. He likes history, both muggle and wizard, it's often his only topic of communication, spewing fun facts and dates, neiche item history, and biopics. His personality itself is a loyal boy who wards off drama easily, yet he is victim to bouts of ego induced grandeur. Despite his quiet demeanor he is confident, a smart boy who knows when and where to flaunt his natural inclination to both academics and political debate.
Biography: His first years were normal, born to a muggle woman, Edith Kinsing, and a wizard, Sweeney Romireas. Spent in London parks infront of a camera, well documented. His mother had contracted a parasite on holiday and died cleanly in her bed, Eli and his father were home at their townhouse. He was nine and an apathetic boy, more intrigued than saddened. His father works as an aide to an Undersecratary.
First Instance of Magic: It was an October morning, the 16th, Eli had layed dramatically over his dining chairs armrest while his father sliced up his crepe for him. There were tears, something about a trip to the shops, and a decent amount of wailing. His father was accustomed to Eli's theatrical fits and had barely blinked while the dining room tables glass top shattered and poofed away, along with their breakfasts.
