Physical Description: vienna is 4'5 (134cm) tall, and weighs approximately 35-40kg (77-88 pounds). vienna is fair skinned, with a neutral undertone that almost looks cool toned against her warm toned hair. shes got slightly longer than shoulder length straight blonde hair, with bangs cut blunt but have taken on a softer less sharply cut look with its growth. her eyes, big, round, and downturned, are a dark brown boardering on black. shes got several beauty marks, but most stay hidden beneath her clothes more often than not, but the one beneath her left eye doesn't. shes got fuller lips that are a more rounded shape with not much of a noticable cupids bow, and an almost completely straight nose aside from the slight crookedness from what looks to have been a previous injury. vienna does have scars, like most people, though shes lucky enough to have barely noticble ones with pretty innocent stories, like the dark patches on her hands and knees from her many painful but quickly forgotten tumbles as a child, and the almost white lines across her hands, and slightly up her arms from all the neighbor cats that'll let her play with them.
Mental Description: vienna is a hesitant but curious girl, not the best with impulse control considering she usually stops to think first and still tends to make the choices she would've had she not thought at all. but despite her flaws she is quite the kind soul, rarely one to turn down someone in need, which she may have learned from having to help her father from so early on. speaking of flaws, along with what we would call "personality flaws", she also has a few of what we would call "habitual flaws", such as lip, cheek, and finger biting- not quite nail biting, shes moved on from that, instead she bites the skin around her nails, leaving her nails mostly intact (usually). vienna is also autistic, which doesn't quite fit in with the flaws, rather it gets its whole own space in the disability section (this character is written by an autistic person, so dont worry the disability will be written tastefully and with knowledge on the subject). for hobbies, vienna has everything and nothing, shes up for trying almost anything, in active pursuit of what will finally tick the empty, impatiently waiting space in her heart.
Biography: vienna, despite being a half-blood, never really learned much about magic in her childhood. her mother, a woman named luanne teller, carried the magic blood passed on to vienna. luanne was a big question mark in vienna's life, disapearing from her life shortly after birth, abandoning her husband and first born child. neither vienna nor vienna's father have been in contact with luanne after she left, though she is strongly believed to still be alive, considering vienna's father and luanne never got divorced so if something had happened to her her husband would likely be informed somehow, and despite a reasonable amount of displease for his run-away wife he does hope her the best in her new life. and her father, a muggle man named bennett "ben" teller, a good chunk younger than her mom from what she'd heard, was who she had grown up to know as her one and only parent. ben was a decent dad, or at least tried his best to be, but things dont always go to plan, especially not when you're left alone with a newborn baby in your early twenties by a witch who had seemed so confident and capable. so, vienna often ended up being her own babysitter, which made her quite the independent sort, but didn't quite help her with her social skills. her father also hasn't exactly kept her origins secret, especially not after her first instance of magic, though he was both limited in his knowledge and hesitant about telling her. to this day vienna doesnt know much about her mother, or being a witch, making the arrival of a certain very special letter both twice as exciting and nerve-racking.
First Instance of Magic: vienna's first instance of magic was nothing special in terms of flashiness, just a little scare turned workspace cleanup. but when you're a non-informed muggle man watching all his paperwork jump along with your 6 year old daughter, it sure doesn't need to look flashy to give you that deer in headlights look. it was 6:30 in the morning, ben was making his usual cup of black coffee before work, when the small apartment got too quiet for a place with a child. ben went to investigate, finding his daughter in his bedroom by his little work desk, looking through the desk drawers. sneaky little vienna, knowing damn well she wasn't supposed to mess with her dads paperwork, startled when she realized she'd been caught, jumping visibly with a squeak, every paper and pen lifting into the air with the little girl previously messing around in them. the room became a mess and papers dropped back down, the slight wind in the room carrying the papers several feet from their original place on the desk and in the drawers, leaving the room a mess ben certainly didn't have time to deal with before work. despite the big mess, ben couldn't be angry, not even disapointed, the shock of seeing such magic, even if small, amazed, and- quite frankly- scared him. on vienna's side, it was moreso defence than anything, not having seen the papers jump as she was turned away from them as it happened, though she was quick to say "that wasn't me!" when the papers floated back down, so fast to make it clear she was not at fault for the mess it didn't even register in her young brain that the mess created didn't make sense. until she saw the look on her fathers face, a mix of horror and excitement so clear even very confused vienna knew something wasn't right.
