Feel free to delete this upper part once unnecessary, or tell me when I should.

Physical Description: Alius S. (Spencer) Day is a petite boy, with fair skin and royal blue doe eyes — perpetually pools of innocent curiosity. He is of slightly lesser height than same-age peers, with a youthful face and an aristocratic sort of attractiveness and charm about him. He holds a slightly feminine beauty, although not overtly due to his boyish inquisitiveness. He has smooth, rich jet black hair like night, falling down to his shoulders gracefully, although curling up sometimes when freshly showered, then letting down eventually. His father's genes didn't stand a chance, only the rounded nature of his eyes having been passed down, and when he smiles with glee at a discovery. He hails from the pureblood Spencer line from his mother's side — of which the telltale characteristics are royal blue eyes, jet black hair, aristocratic aura, wandless magic, and inherent intelligence.

Mental Description: He is shy at first, quieter than most due to being engrossed in observation, but when he feels welcome in a comfortable space will he start to query and ask so so much. Friendly, but the introverted sort to stand to the side until someone adopts him. He loves learning. Some people think him a little thick, but he — also an inherent Spencer trait — processes things slightly differently, and much more inexplicably brilliantly. Holds a slight insecurity and despite wanting to try a lot of things, restrains himself due to fearing overstepping. He is very polite with strong knowledge of etiquette and genuinely wholesome, holding a high standard to people in general because he has a 'I wouldn't do that to them' mindset. Very pure of heart!

Biography: He grew up in a Halfblood family, to a Muggle father, Leopold Day, a kind successful printing company owner in Muggle London, and Ada Spencer, an aristocratic noble woman with a penchant as a seamstress. Quite well off, with the best of both worlds, with only grandparents on his father's side, living far away. Was homeschooled by gentle Muggle governesses. Doesn't have much same-age relatives. He is the nephew of his mother's renowned, slightly older cousin Apollo Spencer, a cool scholar Alius doesn't yet realize is a prodigious spell theoretician, and he looks forward to his very rare visits. His Muggle father, although doesn't quite understand the magical world, truly loves his son and wife: he can't fathom how the laundry listens to Ada or why his boy is so magically lively, but his heart is very much in the right place and he wants to support Alius in his upcoming journey. Mrs. Day put Alius in a lot of extracurriculars in his youth so he would be active, like horseback riding and piano and tennis. He's the only child with no possibility for more, so his parents have a lot of love for him, (though he feels slightly undeserving of it.) To perfectly sum up his happy childhood: for the first few years of his life, he'd been slightly confused which of these his name truly was: darling, sweetheart, or love?

First Instance of Magic: There was truly no doubt that the Day boy would be magical, no doubt at all. Spencer blood was potent with magic, running through veins and spilling through four years-and-a-week old Alius' hands as he giggled his enthusiasm, the toddler seated on his mother's lap on their grand piano at home for the first time, chubby hands slapping the ivory with curiosity. This force sent a ripple of magic to play a rumbling, few-second resemblance of the charming sonata Mother sang to him last night— and promptly sent a jolt of blue uncontrolled magic upon the surface of once-polished black and white with streaks of ash and cinder. Mama Ada had been so, so happy that day, flushed with pride, kissing a confused Alius' cheeks, that although Father Leo was slightly devastated at his grand piano's damage, he couldn't help but share the joy.

(He HEARD the sonata the night before, sung to him by Mother. His FIOM was the day after, in which he recreated a messy semblance of it on the piano, although he charred and messed up the surface as well.)
