Physical Description: She has Ginger Hair up to her waist. Icy blue eyes, Freckles all over her face, pretty average weight, her height is 4’8. Her eyes are large and round, her lips are pretty average, her cheeks are Rosie, and covered in freckles.
Mental Description: Sweet but sassy and sarcastic when she needs to be. She’s brave and takes life by the throat she’s super street smart and book smart, extremely friendly and social.
Biography: Her father taught her everything, She knows about magic which isn’t much. She just knows it exists and that Hogwarts is a school that teaches you more about it. She also knows that in Hogwarts, there are going to be different classes. And she knows that witches and wizards both go to Hogwarts to learn and that she will find out more about magic when she turns 11 and gets sent to Hogwarts and that’s all she knows her father didn’t want to teach her to much so that she’d be on the same level as her peers. Her mother, on the other hand has no magic and at first was against her, going to Hogwarts and wanted her to lead a normal life, but was convinced to let her go. Before Hogwarts, she lead a pretty normal life. She went to a charter school and had a nice group of friends. Sadly, her grandmother passed away what she was very little in a car accident (the body was never found) her grandmother was extremely mysterious. When she was alive for Human. Anyways, she did not possess any magical abilities. Her husband did, but she refused to allow him to use any on her, but she’s very close with her grandfather who is also a wizard.
First Instance of Magic: She was 9 years old and at the park with her friends and a bully took her friend Lily’s doll and she was crying so Celine got really mad and all of a sudden the doll floated back. The bully screamed and ran away crying and told his mom that she was a witch, his mom thought he was just imagining things and left the park. Celine told her dad and mom the second she got home and that’s when her mom was convinced it would be best for everyone if she went to Hogwarts.
