Liron’s most defining characteristic is his blonde head of hair that he wears in a longer style, typically down. He has pale skin, blushing cheeks and bright blue eyes. His facial features are softly crafted, a mix of Mediterranean and asian features. Liron has a single ear pierced on his left side and stands at 4’9. A leaner build with long limbs, he’s lightweight, and you can tell. Not that athletic, so the only muscle he seems to have is in his arms, which makes sense since he works with his arms a lot.
A polite and well-mannered kid. Liron was raised to have an open and caring heart, despite his bloodline. A true mama’s boy, as in his mother is someone he looks up to and respects quite a lot. Though definitely having the means to, he never asks for more than he’s given. Despite how much he may want it. That being so, he holds the people and things he does have closely, with a natural inclination to protect what is his and go great lengths to do it. Soft spoken, as he carries this warm ambiance to him. It’s clear he has immense faith in the goodness of the world and in people. Leading him to come off as a bit naive or airheaded at times. He’s well tempered and very patient, filled with a quiet determination that’s unshakeable.
Liron was brought up in a warm and loving home. Despite both of his parents being from pureblood lines, they didn’t share their ideals, his mother much more outwardly than his father. Both of his parents specialized in medicine muggle and magical alike. They owned a medical practice of their own in Greece. His mother worked with sick children, typically those orphaned or in poor living conditions, so from the very beginning, Liron knew how fortunate his situation was, as well as having a noble role model to look up to. His father managed magical ingredients and common potions; he taught Liron about them from time to time. Although very useful and grateful for his father's business prowess, Liron more often than not much better liked the humanitarian and medicinal side of his mother's work. Along with his loving family, he has his childhood friend Strike, whom he cherishes deeply. His father and Strike's parents are business partners in a way, so they’ve grown up together, and Liron basically considers Strike as family. They take yearly trips to London over the summer together, too! Liron goes with his father as his mother stays behind. Whenever they did go to London, they’d stay over at his cousin's house. Liron is quite fond of his younger cousin Finlo; the boy seems to idolize him, though Liron is unsure what he did to acquire such adoration.
About a year before his acceptance, he was sent to go live with his cousins in London. According to his father, their medical practice was going through a rough patch, and not wanting the instability to affect Liron’s studies, it would be better if he stayed with the extended family he was familiar with. Despite having many questions, most of which were dodged, being the dutiful son he is, Liron abided by his parents' wishes without much protest. Though after he was relocated, communication with his parents became sparse, vague letters at best. With little communication with his family, he enters his first year at Hogwarts with much bigger worries than a new school.

Age 7 - London
“Careful… I have a bad feeling about this.” Liron quietly chides Strike. They'd found themselves on the rooftop to watch the sunset. The London skyline was quite beautiful from here. It took some convincing, but they both were sitting, legs dangling off the edge of the building. The younger boy beside Liron stood up, balancing on the edge, testing Liron’s poor heart.
“Don't worry, I do this stuff all the time for training. But look at how pretty!” Liron shakes his head before his eyes momentarily leave his friends’ reckless actions to take in the pinks and indigos of the setting sun. Big mistake. Liron moved before his friend could even cry out. His hand grabbed the others’ to no avail; the momentum overtook both of them. Before they knew it, they were free-falling down the side of the building
“LIRON!!” The fear in Strike's voice shook Liron out of his daze. Instinctively he pulled the young boy in, as if hoping to break the others' fall with his own body. But from this height, survival seemed slim. Panic began to set in, yet Liron still wished to comfort the other.
“I-it's okay, I’ve got you,” was all he managed to answer as he held Strike close. The winds around them were bitter and cold but their bodies next to each other were warm. Liron looked at the setting sun over the boy's curly blonde hair. He wondered, is this how the sun felt as it too dipped below the horizon? He closed his eyes, bracing for impact, his only wish? To laugh with his mother one more time. And then everything went dark.
When Liron came to, he found himself in a hospital bed and a blonde head of hair resting at his side.
“S-strike?”
...
Liron later found out their fall had been slowed by a warm gust of upward wind. Liron had taken the brunt force of the leftover fall. Liron passed out due to pain; nothing broken that magic couldn’t fix, and Strike came out unscathed from the whole ordeal. He’s the one who went and got the parents to get Liron help.
