Physical Description: A light brown skinned girl with layered shoulder length passing black hair and curtain bangs. Roundish, ovalish face with almond-doe brown eyes. Round, thin, metallic black glasses.
Mental Description: Imaginative, loves thinking and writing, otrovert. Overthinker yet creative.
Biography: I was born to a pure-blood family. So we are either spoken about... or whispered about. And in my case, whispering was more common.
By blood, there was nothing questionable about my lineage. Both my parents came from old, magical families, their names the kind of weight that demanded respect.
Except... that didn't last long.
My mother died when I was young. I don't remember much about her- only fragments and carefully crafted stories. She was a popular Alchemist working on this secret potion. But this secret remained buried when she was killed in a duel by an equally strong wizard. I have no idea about his whereabouts and neither does anyone in the family. But one thing is sure... he never wanted that secret potion to be out.
My dad became a madman, nearly.
But enough to be considered a "disgrace" in my seemingly perfect family.
He run off with me, yeah. It was the typical stormy night with rain and thunder. Dad says he'd planned it to me cinematic. I don't care.
But what changed my life is when he brought his "girlfriend" to our small apartment and turns out she is a muggle.
She is one of those artists who perform voodoo magic for an income, and I suppose it's sort of cool.
And... needless to say, they got married and she became my step-mom when I was just 5.
And, I must say, I handled it REALLY well given my age.
And that's how muggle knowledge made its way into my life.
She knew dad being a wizard, and me being a potential witch. And she was ECSTATIC. I suppose she's a bit crazy, but hey! I love her still.
She insists that I know about muggle life as well as the wizarding one since I DO have to go to school and learn the basic ABCs till I was Eleven and accepted in a Wizarding School (IF I was accepted).
I grew up surrounded by a lot. Old traditions of the wizarding world, modern ones of the muggle world, stories of Merlin and great Portuguese Sailors discovering Calicut.
Needless to say, I was the "confusing kid" according to teachers. They said I was smart, but often flew in my own fantasies. And obviously, my parents struggled to answer that.
I don't blame them. I was, by the way, surrounded my LOTS of criticism by my relatives who clearly had a distaste for muggles, especially my step-mom when they came to know about her.
Let's say... my family blood line is sorta complicated.
My first time coming in contact with magic was dramatic as my aunt would say.
I don't remember trying to use magic, don't remember the feeling that coursed through me back then.
I was young. Too young to understand control, but old enough to feel things strongly.
And prestigious pure-blood families have a stereotype. You calmly take in things, and improve and improve and improve till you can prove.
It happened on a day I was pushed too far.
My Science teacher never really liked me. The "Dreamer" she called me, except it wasn't philosophical, but more like a taunt. Her dislike towards me? As a "science" teacher, each and every of her students needed to be smart, perfect and rational. I was neither.
I was the anxious, imperfect, scared kid, probably due to the extreme expectations of my family back when we were used to live with them.
Like I said, she loved "perfect" students and I was perhaps the most imperfect being ever to have existed. Hence her hate for me.
But I suppose that day, the taunt got me badly. Badly enough to define my reaction as... well, "dramatic."
It shouldn't have mattered to me... but it did.
I remember the room had gone quiet, still.
Almost, too quiet.
And then-
Everything shattered.
The window glasses burst open like a fountain of sparkling glass. The door broke to splinters, the hinges twisted and turned and smashed away. The blackboard dropped down, its screws lose and some twisted and turned in an odd way.
The chalks were dust, the markers, now dry, lay in pools of ink.
And my teacher?
No offence but WOW, her face was WORTH IT.
Let's say that was my last day of my school.
And, as a person with zero friends, I didn't even care.
I was 10 when that happened. Step-mom said if I wanted to, I could take a break from school and be homeschooled and maybe chill. My homeschool teacher is probably the best person alive. She was so sweet to me and explained every theory of science I ever was confused about. She even help me boost my self-confidence.
I will miss her when I'm no longer homeschooled.
I'm still chilling though, but my Wi-fi subscription at home is gonna end soon enough and then... let's see what happens.
Also, don't worry. I know devices are not allowed in Hogwarts and I don't plan to use any during my time being here. I have learned letter writing as well... so yes! I am well prepared.
Also... guys, I'm genuinely working SUPER hard on this bio, and... it is taking a LOT of time I see. So... if I still need more changes, pleaseeee mention it all at once. Thank you
