Physical Description: Standing at a fairly average 4'8, Diana is unremarkable in many ways. A face that doesn't seem to stand out in a crowd. Short, pixie cut brown hair, freckled pale skin and bright blue eyes; Diana has a smile across her face for most hours of the day, presenting an easy-going attitude.
Holmes is athletic, a childhood playing outside in the dreary British "sunlight" and an interest in sports at School had her keeping active, with some faint muscles showing at this point. Slim, mousey, but someone used to running and jumping.
Mental Description: Confident, yet not self-important. Diana is somebody who isn't afraid to speak up for what she believes in. A curiosity to the world and a genuine excitement to the magical things around her are two defining traits. Diana is a loyal friend, enjoys helping others and is generally a "good" person. Although she tends to keep a smile and a lighthearted nature to most things, she's far from unable to take a situation seriously when it calls for it.
Biography: Diana grew up in a fairly poor part of the city. A council house and three younger siblings. Her parents were loving, taking care of Diana and her siblings and making sure she had as much as they were able to provide. Far from well off, but instilling a strong sense of acceptance and support. Something that Diana was always glad of, even if there were moments of jealousy towards friends in school who had more than she had.
There were a number of friends that she had growing up. Whilst none were exactly steadfast friends for life, she found herself in social circles, able to be seen as "alright" to the majority of people around her, earning invites to Birthday parties and the like. Her own real rival was a classroom bully, who Diana got on the wrong side of after standing up to them in place of another, shyer kid. There was some namecalling and mild pranks that Diana dealt with from them, but nothing that ever kept her down for too long.
First Instance of Magic: Diana always felt like something was... ever so slightly unusual about her. On her sixth birthday, the little Witch to be was playing outside, when she kicked a football too hard, landing up in a tree. She tried to climb up to grab it and lost her grip. Despite it just being a short fall where she wouldn't be hurt, Diana bounced harmlessly, without even a single scrape or cut as if the ground beneath her was a trampoline.
