Physical Description: Long thick dark blackish brown hairs with natural volume which shapes the face. A soft oval shaped face with delicate jawline and chubby cheeks. Freckles. Eyebrows are dark and gently arched, almond shaped eyes, straight proportionate nose and full lips. Height is 4'8", lean body and soft and smooth olive skin.

Biography: Cecilia lives with her family in the upper class area of Winchester. Her family is very affluent and consists of her mother, father, her twin brother and an older brother. They are a happy family. She gets along with her cousins and family friends. Her grandmother is very famous and has a lot of influence in the wizarding world. She has a few friends, the kids of her parents' best friends, she grew up with them and loves them a lot. She grew up playing quidditch and is good at it. Her brothers and most of her cousins are in Hogwarts as well. Her brother is also a quidditch player for Slytherin.

First Instance of Magic: When Cecilia was 6, Her grandmother gifted her and her brother a pet snake, but her mother refused to let them have it. Because of this, Cecilia got very angry, and somehow covered the floor with ice.
