Razial has always been rather small, only standing at about 4'4. Yet, seeing the height of all her siblings, it would be no surprise if she hit a large growth spurt within the next few years.
She has a small and scrawny frame, being rather pale in the skin area. Razial has freckles dotting her upper cheeks and the bridge of her nose, along with a decent amount of the rest of her body being covered in freckles.
The girl's hair is a dark brown that seems to lighten in the summer, but remains at a consistent mid-back length. Her eyes are a rather deep green color, a trait shared among her siblings adopted from their mother.



The Bastilians have always been a proud group, with the family being both pure wizard and pure Ravenclaw. Yet, no family is ever truly 'pure' are they?
The family name slowly grew in 'fame' after the birth of Panthera, who took the last name of Bastilian after being disowned from her own family. A pureblood fanatic, Panthera's only son became the first to be born into the Bastilian name, not sharing his mother's rather forceful ways of insisting that pure wizard families were superior. His daughter, Equus, was also the first to be Ravenclaw. Equus then encouraged striving towards the house for her descendants.
Of course, the 'noble' house has had it's fair share of drama and such, with Equus's own squib son murdering her in cold blood. His name has been almost completely wiped from their history, and only his deeds remain as a reminder.
Tyrannus Bastilian, a metamorphagus from a rather strict family, married Morgamine Fimbom, another pureblood from a somewhat noble family. They married soon after graduating from Hogwarts, their first child being born only a year later.
Corvus Bastilian was the pride and joy of both of his parents, inheriating the metamorphagus trait from his father. He was a successful student throughout his Hogwarts years, and much to the joy of his parents, went through and completed his Auror training.
Unlike the rest of the Bastilian children, Razial's birth was unplanned, yet still an exciting thought to most of the family.
Being the youngest of fourteen others, the girl had rather large expections set upon her from a young age, but she didn't seem to mind living up to them or not.
She showed her magical abilities from a very young age, from levitating blankets as an infant to tossing stuffed animals as a toddler. An incident that her siblings will never forget was when she was a young toddler and accidentally changed the color of her own hair to a bright blue before Corvus managed to change it back.
Tyrannus Bastilian took a rather large interest in the girl when she was a toddler due to the incident, seeing a possibility that she also inherited the metamorphmagus trait from him, but lost most interest after realizing that she in fact had not, the only other child having received it was one of her other sisters.
She went relatively unnoticed by her mother (definitely not a bad thing in her opinion) until she finally reached the age to attend to Hogwarts, which she had been preparing for for several months beforehand.
While she certainly does love the thought of going, she sees only one downside.
Razial still has four other siblings in Hogwarts, and it tends to be a bit of a bummer when you have to worry about your older siblings seeing every mistake you make.
Now having been sorted into Gryffindor, Razial is as stressed as ever, still trying to deal with the feeling of being so isolated from her previously all Ravenclaw family.

Personality

To some, Razial is terribly annoying, but to others, she's absolutely amazing.
She can have a rather charming personality when she wants it, easily getting to know others and seeming to listen to every word they say.
When truly getting to know Razial, it is shown she is extremely loyal to close friends, but is also an amazing liar. At the same time, she gets attached to those she grows close to rather easily, sometimes confusing platonic feelings with romantic feelings and vise versa.
Razial is observant and loves to learn, no matter what it takes to retrieve certain knowledge. She adores a good challenge and things that make her really think about her next action, and that goes the same with her taste in people.
To be blunt, despite her 'charming' demeanor, Razial has a hard time making and keeping friends. She tends to blurt out what she thinks without realizing there will be consequences, and has an issue with trying to consider the feelings of others before she says things or makes important decisions.
Despite that, Razial really does care for others, but has an odd way of showing it, often through being pushy and teasing.
