Physical Description: Light brown Hair, blue eyes, round nose, puffy face. Slim and athletic body. Tall.

Mental Description: Charlie is really kind and believes that if you meet people with kindness, they will be kind aswell. She has some trust issues tho, due to past experiences.
She is also really smart and eager to learn new things. Her dad is her idol and she’s working hard to be as good as he was.

Biography: Charlie’s Dad is from a pure blood family and married her muggle mum. Her dad worked in the ministery. Therefore the family was very wealthy and privileged. She has a younger brother. When Charlie was 10 her parents were killed by dark wizards. Charlie managed to escape with her brother. Since then Charlie raised herself and her brother on her own. They lived with their muggle grandma but she wasn’t able to care for them. When her brother turned eleven he didn’t receive a Hogwarts letter, so he’s a squib. Since he was unable to defend himself, he was killed by dark wizards shortly afterwards.

First Instance of Magic: Charlie was bullied a lot in primary school. One day, when she was 7, she was so angry she set her bullies notebook on fire. The whole school was so confused ministers had to come and use obliviate for everyone in the school.
