Very friendly, a bit crazy energetic at times, likes to make new friends all the time, maybe a bit too talkative, has been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) by muggle doctors, is always looking to help others, hates bullies and people who are cruel to animals and his friends.
Casey was born to muggle parents, and from a very young age, starting when he was a toddler, they thought there was something more to him than meets the eye. Other parents, those of Casey's classmates, remarked that he had a special spark in him, to which Casey's parents agreed. Teachers, however, didn't always appreciate Casey's energy, frequently complaining Casey disrupted class, talking to his friends and fidgeting in his seat. Casey's parents weren't concerned that there was something wrong with him, but they decided they wanted a medical professional's opinion, because they feared that if there was a disadvantage and they did not know, it could hurt his academic opportunities later on. Despite Casey's ADHD, he was outgoing, charismatic, and quickly bonded with people.
One night when 9-year old Casey was walking down his street around 7:45 PM, he noticed some local teenagers, the kind who were pegged as "troublemakers" by teachers, neighbors, and law enforcement alike, pelting a stray cat with stones, some of which were quite large. Casey yelled for them to stop, but they laughed in his face and shoved him away, saying, "Go home, bro, there's no mommy here to save you." Casey watched in horror as the biggest boy threw a rock the size of an apple, but instead of striking the animal, it inexplicably was deflected and struck a nearby bush instead. Casey, shaken, ran home as fast as he could.
