Oliver Jones, son of Thomas Jones and Elizabeth Wright, grew up in a high-class home in Edinburgh, Scotland. His mother, a muggle, left him at age two, and his father is distant. His father married soon after Elizabeth left, as they had never gotten married. He lived in a lofty mansion, getting anything he desires for his whole life, however nothing could bring his mother back. He was home schooled up until age 11, when he got his letter to Hogwarts. He was cut off by his father the second he got his letter, as he wanted to teach him a lesson of how to be a 'good wizard.' He had very few friends beforehand, Innis Stewart being his friend the longest, sticking out for him. The two met at a spelling bee as the last two competitors, Innis winning in the end. They clicked, and she acts as his bodyguard to this day. He's always been rather snobby and stuck-up, not talking to many people but Innis. He tends to gossip about people, and despises anyone who does him wrong. He's always been a straight-a student, ambitious and cunning. Oliver often judges people off the bat, and is brutally honest. He's hard to befriend, but once you manage to break through his walls he's very loyal. He has a few dreams he's driven to, including finding his mother again and growing up to become an Auror. He's very interested in art and music as a side talent, and possibly a job if being an Auror doesn't work.
