Vega is mostly quiet in public, and introvert, not often conversing with others unless approached first by others. Although with her very close friends, she is more talkative and often ramble about her interests. She is respectful towards others, truthful, and values a genuine friendship.

She was born to the Nebulae family in Manchester, with two loving parents and three older brothers (Rigel, Leo and Orion). Rigel had graduated from Hogwarts, while Leo is in his sixth year, and Orion in third year, 2025). The Nebulae family are known for their academic achievements and creativity. Her father is a famous composer and renowned scholar (Sir Cepheus Nebulae), her mother is a painter (Madame Cassiopeia Nebulae), Rigel is a part of the Ministry of Magic. Leo has a talent in poetry, Orion in music, and Vega in drawing.
First Instance of Magic:
One day, in a game of tag inside the Nebulae Manor in Manchester, a four year old Vega was running from Leo, when she accidentally ran into a pillar. Instead of crashing, she ran right through the pillar unscathed. She fell first on her face after, however. Her second brother, Leo, was shocked and proud at the same time. He immediately helped her up and rushed to tell their parents. Their mother scolded her to not be reckless when running around, but happy. Their father was also proud and rejoiced.
