Personality: Will gets pretty shy and nervous around people he doesn't know, especially if they're loud and in his face too much. But, as long as they don't somehow weird him out, it doesn't take too long for him to get used to someone and, when he does, he's very friendly, gentle, loving, upbeat, and outgoing. He's also a bit of a tease once he accepts someone, and very protective of them.

✦ Packet of Parchment Paper and a Magical Quill - The parchment paper is just plain, ordinary parchment paper that Will draws on. The quill looks like an ordinary, black-feathered quill but it has a seemingly endless supply of ink that comes from it instead of needing to be dipped in ink and is capable of changing the color of the ink depending on what Will needs for his drawings. The quill was a gift from his mother.

History
Will was born and raised in London, England, by two very loving parents. He always knew about magic since both of his parents were magically inclined, and so was most of the rest of his family, though there were a few muggles that dotted the family tree as well. There was always magic being used around his house and they even taught him a little bit, though not too much because they didn't want him getting into trouble with it, they made it very clear that using magic anywhere outside of the house or when anyone that wasn't in the family came over was strictly forbidden.
However, even knowing it was forbidden, it didn't stop all things from happening. Being young and not in control of his powers meant that unexplained events would just happen every once in a while whenever Will got too overly emotional, especially if he was afraid or angry. Nothing too big happened though, just small things like an occasional gust of wind on non-windy days or windows just suddenly cracking at school. He got bullied a bit in school, so fear and sometimes even anger were emotions that happened quite a bit.
The bullying also contributed a bit to Will's shyness and nervousness around people he doesn't know. But, despite the bullying, he still maintained his otherwise friendly, gentle, loving, upbeat, and outgoing personality. He refused to let others change him. Thankfully he never actually got into trouble for any of the unexplained events he caused. No one could prove, or even suspected, that he was behind it. It did, however, start rumors that the schools he went to might be haunted since those were the locations the events happened at most often.
Then, when Will got his letter inviting him to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he and his whole family were so proud. He was also very excited because it meant he could finally get out of normal school and go to a place where he could properly learn magic and finally be around others that were like him.
