Physical Description: Brown skin, almond dark brown eyes, curly hair, she has freckles around her cheeks
Mental Description: She is a neurodivergent person, she has adhd (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), she was diagnostic when she was 5 year old (At the same time when her first instance of magic). But her diagnostic is not her whole personality. Her condition can make her look like a clueless, but, in fact, she is very observative and intelligent, she has a lot of hyperfixations, like: mythology, why cats are domesticated, historical women figures, why we conserve royalty, and more.
Biography: Victoria is the daughter of a Venezuelan-Chinese mixed blood family, their parents are half-blood wizards, her family moved to Wals a cause of her Father's work at the Magical Minister after her birth, she learn spanish because her mother teach her since her birth, and at home her family only speak spanish and a little of cantonese.
First Instance of Magic: Her first instance with magic was accidental, she has 5 year old when it happened. Her mom was outside the house talking with a neighbour, so, she was alone at the living room, looking at the tv, any time now the tv started to drift to the window, until colliding with it. Causing her mother to rush into the house to see what had happened. Victoria look at her mom a just said: "¡Yo no fui!" (I wasn't! in spanish).
Personality: Her mbti is ENFP, she is digillet, sweet, intelligent and caring.
Likes: Ballet, music, cats, magical creatures, arepas (Venezuelan food), dragons, owls, read at the library and write in her journal, sanrio characters, fashion, muggle technology and study
