About 4’9 with long wavy brown hair that seems to turn gold under the sun. Forest green eyes and tan skin with a few freckles. She is usually smiling and/or reading.

Cheerful, but is usually either reading or sitting in nature. She has a couple of friends at home and hangs out with them a lot, doing projects and reading together. If you insult one of her friends, you should watch out, as she has a vicious streak and a good memory. She also enjoys astronomy, as her family lives in a somewhat remote area where many stars can be seen, and she is an avid chess player as well.

Grew up with pure blood family, but not snobby pure bloods, more friendly and welcoming. Knows basics of wizards world but is excited to learn more. Has older brother who works with rare sea creatures, very close to home, and good relationships with most of family, but some of the family is a little snobbier about their blood status. Frequent family gatherings and vacations, so she is well traveled and knowledgeable about a lot of the world. Aliyah loves cats and feeds several strays in her neighborhood and cannot wait until she can get one of her own.

When she was seven, Aliyah was attempting to get a book down from a shelf that was a little too high for her to reach and was very frustrated by it, causing the book to fly into her hand.
