Rosa Starlight is an 11-year-old girl who loves to travel, recycle, and read. She is adaptable and so reliable, but she can be grouchy sometimes, so watch out. She has a severe phobia of blood. She is taller than anyone her age with white skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. Hw was in a car crash that also killed her dad when she was seven. She lives in the upper class of the neighbourhood. Rosa's best friend is a kid named Bevan. They have the best friendship. They enjoy playing together and going to the mall. Shortly after Rosa woke up from the car crash, sadness just washed over her, and without any explanation, it started raining inside. Rosa has no idea how she could be a witch, and her mom has no idea how even to raise a witch that is about to go to school. Rosa sometimes lets the bullies get to her head, and when she does, it is best to just leave her alone. Rosa has no friends to hang out with after school, and homework is done, she can be found in her room blasting some country music. Rosa has no idea why she is even trying to get into Hogwarts because she knows nothing about the magical world at all. She didn't even think the fact that she made it rain inside was unusual.
