Standing at 4’8”, she has a pale complexion, dark brown hooded eyes, brown hair, a button nose, pouty lips, and a rounder face. She often has a somber expression, but she’s usually just thinking. Eastern European features due to distant Romanian descent.
Incredibly bright even from a young age, she always has her nose in a book, or is picking up a new hobby. Might come off as standoffish or overly serious for her age, but she's really friendly once you get to know her. Has a soft spot for cats. Very serious about school due to her upbringing; anything lower than an O is absolutely devastating. Has no interest in sports or Quiddich (she has a fear of heights and dreads flying), but enjoys Archery and Figure Skating. Picks up languages as a hobby, and is currently intermediate in French. A bit pretentious, and tends to put things off until the last minute, but her best work is done under pressure. Has a fascination with Muggle stationery and collects fountain pens and ink rather than using quills. Has a typewriter at home, a birthday gift from her parents.
A Half-Blood, her father is a professor of music at Oxford, and her mother is a witch. They are separated, but she lives with her mother due to her father's preoccupation with his career. Her mother doesn't use her magic often, preferring a quiet life, but fascinated her daughter by washing dishes with magic, or made her laugh as a baby when she'd charm her bath bubbles to look like moving animals. Adored by both of her parents, both of whom were incredibly proud upon receiving her Hogwarts letter, and both of them take academics very seriously and ask for frequent updates on her grades. Attended a private school before Hogwarts. Has a domestic medium hair cat named Rhaenyra (Nyra for short), who remains at home to keep her mother company while she attends Hogwarts, and was named after Noa read "Fire and Blood" (which may not be entirely age-appropriate, but she read Dostoyevsky and Kafka and turned out alright, mostly).
At the age of four, while playing outside, she picked some roses for her mother, but she got pricked, and upon feeling pain, the roses started to wilt. She cried, convinced she’d killed the flowers, but her mother reassured her that she thinks wilted flowers are still pretty.
