Mental Description: Confident, with ambition to strive. Also has a moody personality on some days, prefers to be alone. But when at his most happiest, his confidence seeps out of him, is quite approachable on first meet. Barry is known to be a trouble maker, often pulling pranks on adults, family or stranger.
Biography: Born to a Pure-Blood family, with strict views on Muggles, and Muggle-born's. Raised in a small, yet wealthy village in Northern Scotland in Aberdeenshire, it was populated by other Wizards and Witches. A very estranged relationship with his parents Morvath & Myrtle MacLeithe, being the only child, his parents were very strict on him, and had high expectations to sustain his family's 'status'. This led him to have a lot of self-doubt growing up, wondering what else he was going to get into trouble for. Both his parents truly did love him, but they were strict on his future, and the children he could communicate with, even if he didn't like those children, he was still expected to treat them with grace and kindness. He was aware of magic, as both his parents used to freely around the home. He would mostly stay at his grandmothers home as an escape from his strict mother and father, his grandmother, Wilhelmina MacLeathe was a powerful witch, and talened alchemist, showing young Barry the wonders of the craft at a very young age.
First Instance of Magic: One Wednesday afternoon, Barry was enjoying some time in his room in his family home, until his mother, Myrtle was forcing a haircut on poor Barry, who enjoyed having his mullet, but his mother hated it. "You look so messy, and are we messy as a family? No, so get up" She complained, she wanted him to be the nine year old child that was in her brain. Barry overall hated haircuts, he usually would let it grow until his mother forced him to get it cut. Scissors snipping, severed hair falling on his shoulders to the floor, only filling Barry with more conflict and upset. His mother styled it into the usual generic hairstyle she picked it off for him, some length to the top and short at the back and sides, an insufferable haircut for him. After a day of stropping around the house, refusing to go outside for everyone to see what his mother had done. It was time for bed, Barry had fallen asleep by his usual time, 10:30 pm. The next morning, it was 6:52 am. He was woken up by a screech, he didn't know if it was terror or something else, nonetheless he was awake to the view of his mother, startled but with a smile on her face. Feeling a hair strand fall by his cheek, his eyes widened, his hair grew..over night? Fear struck his core at first, how could this be? How could his hair grow back in a night after being cut so short the day before? He felt relief that he was back to normal, but this was highly unusual and unorthodox, these things didn't happen. He didn't know, but all he knew his mother was calling out 'Movarth! Movarth! Come here, it's finally happened'.
