Kayleigh has short dark brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 4'7", and slim but muscular, as she has done martial arts for many years.

She is kind and observant, but also secretive and slightly mysterious. She likes to read and is very introverted. She also loves spending time outdoors, tending to the garden, drawing, or playing with her dog.

She has a loving family with a mum and dad, one older sister (16) and two younger brothers (9 and 7). Her mum is a muggle, and works as an interior designer. Her dad is also a muggle, and works as an arborist. Her younger brothers have not yet displayed signs of magic, however her older sister is an exchange student and Beauxbatons. She grew up in Bristol, and has wanted to work as a vet for many years. She would also love to travel the world.

Her FIOM was when she was 7 years old. She had been playing on a tyre swing at her grandparents farm house, when the branch it was attached to snapped. Her parents were horrified to find her pinned under the branch, however when they got her out, she was completely unharmed, without even a scratch. Her parents were astonished, and since her sister was already attending Hogwarts, they began to suspect Kayleigh was also a witch.
