Physical Description: Lola has ginger wavy hair, forest-green eyes, and light skin with cold, pink undertones. She is rather tall and strong for her age. When not wearing a robe, she likes to wear flowy wrap dresses full of spiraling patterns. She likes her belongings to be in rich purple, light and dark green, pastel pink, and raven black colors. Generally speaking, she is someone who does not care much about her looks and more about the freedom of movement and expressing her connection and interest in nature and the world around her.
Mental Description: As a muggle-born 11-year old, Lola is obviously a little intimidated by learning that she is a wizard and will be moving away to start her new life in the wizarding world. She is close to her parents and it feels scary to leave them behind. But at the same time, it has always been her dream to experience a big adventure. She has always felt that there is more to life than what she has seen around her. She loves all things fantasy and sf, escaping into different words and dreaming to stay there. So Hogwarts is the opportunity of her dreams.
As a person, Lola is generally cheerful. She is easily distracted and daydreamy, she has a hard time focusing on the present. She is chaotic but also appreciates order, even if she struggles with it due to having ADHD. She is creative in the most unexpected ways and others generally enjoy being around her, because it allows them explore interesting new perspectives. She is also very loved by her parents and friends, and she loves them too. But her love for adventures is stronger.
Biography: Lola's family lives a typical suburban life on the outskirts of Dublin. They moved to Ireland from Poland, when Lola was 7. She still remembers how different her life was in Eastern Europe.
Although Lola loves living in the city due to all interesting, stimulating things she experiences around her, her parents dream of moving away to a small town in the north. Lola is an average student when it comes to grades, but she has a lot of good friends, even if she is not considered to be the most "popular" classmate. She gets lost in books and movies and spends a lot of time dreaming about far away places and time. Generally speaking, Lola is living a normal, comfortable muggle life, but there is an itch in her that nothing in the real world can scratch. That is until she gets the opportunity of her lifetime; the letter from Hogwarts.
First Instance of Magic: Lola tends to get very anxious during the exam times, because she usually procrastinates studying, and her parents get upset at her for bad grades. One time when she was 9, while sitting in the classroom and waiting for the exam to start, she tried to calm herself by intensely focusing on the clock hanging on the wall. However, the clock started levitating! Fortunately, no one seemed to notice until the clock dropped loudly on the floor. Maybe the hanger was old?
