aeron blackthorn has dark brown hair that’s kinda fluffy and never really stays in place no matter what he does. his eyes are blue, clear and bright, and he’s got a few freckles across his nose and cheeks that stand out against his pale skin. he’s pretty tall for his age and has that calm kind of look that makes him seem older sometimes. he doesn’t try too hard with his appearance but still somehow always looks like he belongs in a picture

aeron is serious most of the time and doesn’t talk a lot when he doesn’t have to. he can seem arrogant at first but he’s not really like that once you get to know him. he just doesn’t show his feelings easily. when he wants to, he can switch completely, go from quiet and cold to smiling and warm like sunshine. he’s clever and focused and always thinks before he acts. aeron likes to stay in control of himself and the situation around him.

aeron comes from the blackthorn family, an old pureblood family from wales. they live in family manor located at Cardiff. the blackthorns have been around for centuries and are known for their business in trading rare magical goods and ingredients. they sell things to potion makers and collectors all over europe, which made the family very wealthy. his parents are strict but fair and care a lot about the family name.
aron grew up surrounded by business talk, ledgers, and formal dinners where everything had to look perfect. he was taught that being a blackthorn means always staying composed and smart no matter what. he got most of his lessons at home, with tutors who trained him in business and magic both. he’s used to responsibility and being taken seriously
first instance of magic:
his first bit of magic happened when he was five. his father was showing him a box of rare crystals they had just bought for trading, and one of them slipped and almost hit the floor. before it could, it stopped in the air right above the ground and floated back into the box. aeron didn’t even realize he did it until everyone in the room just stared at him. his father was proud and told him that real blackthorns never let things break, not even by accident
