Elowyn has semi long, wavy black hair and electric blue eyes. She has fair, pale ivory skin, with noticeable freckles across her nose and cheeks. She also has slightly rosy cheeks at all times, which intensify when she gets shy or embarrassed. Her family are, in general, slightly taller than average, and it is expected that Elowyn will be the same as she gets older, but right now, she's about 4"9'. She has average 11 year old build.

Elowyn has relatively bad social anxiety and is quiet around lots of people, or around people she doesn't know, but once she is comfortable, or gets talking about her hobbies or likes, she can get pretty loud.

Her main hobbies includes writing stories, journaling, drawing, spending time outside. She also enjoys reading, but in terms of academics she isn't exceptional.

Elowyn comes from a pure-blood family, with some aunts, uncles and cousins marrying into muggle families. Elowyn's parents and grandparents are both complete wizards. Elowyn has two siblings, one younger sister who is a year younger, and an older brother who is three years older. Due to some family being part of the muggle world, Elowyn has some interest in what the muggle world is like, but has never explored it due to not seeing those family members more than once, maybe twice, a year. She attended a basic prep school before being accepted into Hogwarts.

Elowyn's first instance of magic occurred when she was 5 years old. She was playing in the garden of her house with her sister and her parents watching them, when her sister tried throwing a rock at Elowyn's face. She shielded her face, but felt no impact. When she uncovered her eyes, she saw a couple butterflies flying away from where the rock would have been mid air.
