Physical Description: Dario is a boy barely making 5 feet with a slim build. He has black hair and olive skin, resembling his Italian ancestry. He has green eyes and fierce eyebrows atop.

Mental Description: Dario is brave, loyal, intelligent, and cunning. He truly exemplifies all of the house qualities, thus providing an interesting decision ahead for the sorting hat.

Biography: Dario Vaelorys was born in Bangor, Wales to two Dragonologists. He is an only child as the Vaelorys’ had trouble multiple times before and claim Dario as their miracle child. Growing up around dragons was fun for Dario as his earliest childhood memories are those with his parents taking care of newborn dragons. His parents have instilled in him a passion for magical creatures. Dario really didn’t have friends growing up. His friends were his parents and the dragons his parents brought home from work.

First Instance of Magic: Dario’s first instance of magic came a few weeks after his 7th birthday. His parents had brought home a Common Welsh Green Dragon a few months ago and the dragon was almost ready to leave the home and head to life at the reserve. Dario woke up that morning feeling less refreshed than usual, a bit on the cranky side. When he went outside to say good morning to his parents, he got cut off by the dragon. The dragon without hesitation shot fire at Dario and Dario screamed and curled into a ball. His parents used magic to subdue the dragon and Dario was left unscathed by the fire. It seems some sort of magical force field protected Dario from the flames of the dragon.
