Caroline is naturally blonde with brown eyes. She is 4'8 and slim.

Caroline is your average bubbly and imaginative eleven-year-old, often found buried in a fantasy novel or dancing in front of her mirror to Broadway show tunes, pretending she's the star of the show. She's a natural social butterfly who enjoys being around people, but doesn’t mind time to herself either.

Caroline was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was homeschooled alongside her younger brother. Although her mother, a Hogwarts alumna, wanted Caroline to have the best education a young witch could get once she was of age; therefore, when Caroline was ten, their family up and moved to Dublin, Ireland, and have been living with her mother's parents ever since.

Caroline's first instance of accidental wandless underage magic happened shortly after her family’s sudden move to Ireland. At ten, a girl’s world revolves around her friends and her phone. And while Caroline still had her cellular device, she had been ripped away from everything else: her neighborhood, her favorite bakery, her best friends. It was as if the moment she turned ten, her mother scrambled to pack up their lives and threw them on a direct flight to Dublin Airport. The transition wasn't easy. Caroline spent the entire six-hour flight crying silently while scrolling through shared photo albums and text messages with her friends back in Boston. She made a promise to herself somewhere over the Atlantic: she would give her parents the silent treatment forever and lock herself in her new room until the end of time. By day three, the silent treatment was wearing thin. Her mother stormed into her room and began arguing with her, accusing Caroline of acting like a brat and being ungrateful. Caroline couldn’t believe what she was hearing. “Are you serious? You’ve ruined my life!” she snapped. “I have no friends here! I never asked for this!” As she kept yelling, the rage inside her boiled over. Her skin prickled with heat, her breath grew shallow, and her vision blurred, not with tears, but with something deeper. Something electric. She didn’t know how or why, but the lightbulb overhead burst with a loud pop, showering glass onto the floor. Everything went silent. Caroline stood frozen, her heart pounding. Her mother stared at her, eyes wide, not with anger, but with something else entirely. Recognition. Caroline was still paralyzed, her fists clenched at her sides, breath ragged in the heavy silence that followed. Her mother stepped carefully towards Caroline with her voice lowered. “Caroline… It’s okay.”
Caroline shook her head in disbelief, backing up until her legs bumped the edge of her bed. “What just happened?” she whispered. “Did you do that?” “No,” her mother said softly. “You did.” Caroline sat down slowly on the bed, her fingers curling around a blanket. “I-I didn’t mean to do it. I just… I was so angry- ", tears starting to form. Her mother nodded and sat down next to her, stretching her arms out to wrap Caroline close. They sat in silence for a moment as her mother stroked her hair. They stayed that way for a while, neither speaking. The air was still and strange, but no longer heavy. Things were still hard. Boston still felt a world away. She still had no idea what came next. But for the first time, she considered magic belonging to her, not just her mother, and the thought both excited and scared her.
