and can I change my nationality to Scottish?

Fairly active, normal, 11 year old. Eyes are brown, hair is red, freckles across face; medium height for age, somewhat stronger than most 11 year old girls. Constant scrapes and bruises from climbing trees & generally being outside with minor disregard or understanding for her health/well being.

Cheerful & sunny disposition, excited to learn more about the world. Curious and kind. Doesn't like doing things unless they make sense to her, so will sometimes disregard rules assuming they don't apply in specific situations. Very physically active, and reliant on physical activity as an extension of mental state; moods are often reflected in physical capability.

Father (muggle) works as an engineer; mother (witch) was activists working to empower squibs. Mother met father by accidentally thinking he was a squib; he wasn't, but they hit it off. Lydia has two older brothers. Ian is 2.5 years older, and doesn't have magic. Sebastian is 4 years older, and has magic. She's very close with siblings, and does pretty much everything with them, but sometimes wishes she had a sister. Brought up in a close knit family, but not a lot of outside friends; schooling was muggle primary school, where she did modestly well, her favorite subject was maths.

Became extra bouncy after her first instance of playing on a trampoline at age 5; she fell off, and didn't notice, as she bounced on the ground instead.
