Platinum blonde wavy hair sits upon Schroeder’s head, bangs sweepers to the side, often covering one eye. His eyes are sea green or blue, depending on the light, sometimes with flakes of gold shimmering through. He is pale but not unhealthily so, his lips pink and bright against his pale skin. His cheekbones can cut, and his jawline is firm. His nose sits squarely in his face, evening his features out. His eyebrows are still brown and they often are slightly furrowed in, cutting a direct figure. His ears are uncovered by his ears, creating a beautiful elvish figure.

Gellert is intelligent with sharp instincts and quick wit. His silence often signifies his thoughtful contemplation and understanding. He is not one to seek out friends as he desires and seeks for those who can match his intellectual wit but once he does find a friend, he is intensely loyal, and easily falls in love with them, platonically, or romantically. He is stern, but genuine, and often finds himself thinking he is better than most people around him, but doesn’t let that change how he treats others. He is an academic young man who desires deeply to learn and to grow in knowledge, often pouring in many hours to reading and studying without external motivation. He enjoys the stimulation of challenges and finds himself easily bored if not for deep friendships. He is far more seeking for a singular deep friendship than multiple shallow ones. He dreams of a friendship such as the one between Sherlock and John in fiction. He is thus quite surprisingly a daydreamer which contradicts his intelligence. If he was sorted in Hogwarts he would actually be most likely a Hufflepuff rather than a Ravenclaw because he will stand up for those hurt and lost. He is desperate for a deep connection and someone who can understand him. He is most of all a creative soul, a wandering one, who is into art, writing, and music. He is very intelligent, having grasped subjects far easier than most, and he aspires to have power, unlike the rest of his, what he considers boring, family. He is a unique individual, often having ambitions of fame and sometimes believes he can make the Wizarding world better if only he is in control, but then he reminds himself he’s only fourteen and that power and control should come later.

Shroeder Family History(Father’s Side):

The Shroeder family was a simple but proud family. Although not particularly wealthy, they supported themselves throughout the centuries with their family wand tree farm, which was started by Gellert’s great-great-great-great grandfather, Heinrich Schroeder in sixteen forty nine. Their name was known in the wand-making world as the source of finest wood with great potential. Each generation passed the business on to a child, whether first-born or last born did not matter as long as the business lasted. Perhaps in this way the family had avoided conflict and could be considered quite practical. Gerhard Dietrich, Gellert’s great uncle, made his name separately from the wand making world, having reached the level of seeker on the German National Quidditch Team, having brought home the title for the team two time, his name was marked, though not particularly largely, but still marked in the history books. The Schroeder name, as said before, has no scandal or strangeness associated with it, inconspicuous against other names. Gellert’s father, Friedriech Hein Shroeder, was born in 1980 from the line that had inherited the farm. When his Gellert’s grandfather passed away, Friedriech as the oldest of three sons was gladly willing to receive the responsibility of running the farm.

Schmitt Family (Mother’s side):

The Schmitt family were a long established family as well. Though slightly shameful, a squib descendent of theirs, Johannes Kaspar I. Schmitt had continued their line through a muggle spouse, whose descendants were raised to the title of nobility. In the Wizarding World, they too were a wealthier Pureblood family, able to trace their bloodline to the twelfth century. Johann Gellert Schmitt had been Gellert’s great-grandfather. However, his name would be forever marked as he had betrayed his country and sold important information in an attempt to gain a sum of money. Perhaps that was meant to be as this provided him the opportunity to move to Germany. He had however never truly been found by authorities and survived long enough to marry and give birth to his grandfather Siegfried Schmitt, who had given birth to Gellert’s mother Elle Siegfried Schmitt on October 9th, 1977 and two sons before her.

Gellert’s History:

Gellert Siegfried Schroeder was born on August 21st, 2008 to Friedrich and Elle Shroeder. He had one older brother, Otto Elle Shroeder born on March 2nd, 2007, and a younger sister, Johanna Friedrich Schroeder, born on June 21st, 2011. His birth was easy according to his mother, and no complications arose from the birth. The moment they saw him, they knew he was intelligent as there was a grasp of understanding in his eyes that seemed far more mature than should be. He grew up with private tutoring at the insistence of his grandfather. However, his father was uncomfortable with accepting money, when all his life he grew up with stories of his family sustaining themselves through their farm and not needing anyone else. Gellert’s first sign of magic was very young, at three years old, when he had instinctively levitated the glass vase that he bumped into as he leaned against the coffee table in the family’s living room. His father was the one who witnessed his son’s first magic, and was proud to see it occur at such a young age. As Gellert grew up, he was as expected, enrolled in Durmstrang where he has found himself in tune with the Dark Arts, and plans to pursue such in his sixth year. He is physically strong and agile, allowing him to keep up with the daily physical exercise that is required at the institute. He fit naturally into the Volkovio Semey, as he desired power and control, but in truth he was not as cold as the others in such a family May be. However, he could easily pretend to be so and has done so in order to cause trouble often.
