Physical Description: Phelan has ocean blue eyes and chocolate brown hair. His skin is pale. He is tall for his age, and skinny, causing him to be a little clumsy. His hair is either absurdly messy or neat, there is no in between.

Mental Description: W Most people would not exactly say Phelan is likable. He is aloof and makes little to no effort to start up conversation with those he doesn’t know. When he does talk to you, he tends to be a little intense, at worst, rude. Despite this, he cares deeply about his loved ones and once you have his trust, you have it forever. He won’t put much effort into activities he doesn’t enjoy, but is passionate about those he does. He enjoys writing poetry (even though he’s really embarrassed about it), reading, plants, and the ocean. He is in house bellefeuille at Beauxbaton.

Biography: Phelan Marcel Emile was born on January 22, 2012, on a stormy night in Athenry, Ireland. Though he was born in Athenry, he spent his first seven years in Galway, his mother’s home. The Emile family moved to Athenry after his mother’s great aunt passed away, when they inherited her big country house. He grew up very wealthy. He is the oldest of five children. He is very close with his four younger sisters, Cecile (8), Nicolette (10), Aine (4), and Elodie (6), and often babysits them. As a young child he spent most of his time with his family and his best friend and neighbor, Matilde . He officially met Matilde when they were eight at Irish dance class. They were already neighbors and their mothers were friends from Hogwarts. The two didn’t like each other right away, but they eventually realized how much they had in common and have been inseparable ever since. He lived in Athenry until he was ten years old, when he moved to Paris in early January, 2023. His mother, Aine Emile (nee Burke) was an Irish, muggleborn witch. She went to Hogwarts and was in Gryffindor house. She passed away when Phelan was eight years old. She was very sick for a long time as a result of being cursed in her teenage years (which he doesn’t know about). Phelan took his mother’s death very hard and it has affected him a lot. His father, Severin Emile, comes from a wealthy, french pureblood family. They don’t have the best relationship, probably because they are very similar. Phelan has a cat named Mumford. He showed up on the Emile’s doorstep, a tiny, scraggly kitten, the morning after his mother died. He named him Mumford in honor of his mother, for one of her favorite bands. Mumford hates nearly everyone, including Severin Emile, except for Phelan, his sisters Nicolette and Elodie, Matilde, and a few other random individuals with seemingly no connection. Phelan was not allowed to take him to Beauxbaton because his father was afraid he’d terrorize the other students. Phelan speaks French with a strong Irish accent and despite learning it most of his life, he is not very good at speaking it.

First Instance of Magic: His first instance of magic occurred when he was nine years old. He was in his mother’s garden, shortly after she died. He was walking among the flowers, when he noticed a particularly beautiful black eyed susan. It was his mother’s favorite flower. As the tears began to fall, he noticed the flower double, and then triple in size.
