Backstory to fill wc:
Arno's father was french and his mother a Columbian woman from a long line of pure blood wizards. They met on one of her vacations in France as she roamed around the city and a pizza delivery boy decided to show her around. Over the course of month long journey they both found each other growing ever closer. Soon after she came back home, the distance apart felt too long and she missed the man she'd met dearly. His father on the other side felt the same way and travelled with all his life savings to get one glimpse of the woman he had come to find.

After quite a search he finally met her upon which they both decided to travel back to France and get married. Few months after which came Arno "Edward" Dorian, name his mother wasn't quite happy with as it did not reflect on his columbian heritage. This added with his appearance leaning towards his father's side and less towards his mother made her seem as if she wasn't raising her child with the proper division between both parts of his identity. This clash of her disciplined and always focused on future personality and his father's carefree and taking everything in life easy persona clashed even in Arno's upbringing, where his mother would urge to continue and grow his father would be the rest stops that made me understand that rest was equally important. This all came crashing down when his father abandoned him and his mother for a boyfriend of his, heartbroken his mother and Arno shifted to New York where she began work as the head of a branch company from one of Arno's grandfather's business empire, this one related to collecting and selling ingredients from the commonest of them all to the rarest.
