Lili is typically, not recently, very eager to meet people, and wants to be everyone's friend. She recently is not being as friendly, as she is scared of being a witch. She is afraid her Muggle friends and family won't like her.

Lili has one sister, eight years older than her, and two parents, a father and a mother. She likes to ride bicycles and write stories in her free time. She is a very picky eater. When she was 9, she ate only white foods. When her parents found out she was a witch, they took it surprisingly well. Her sister, on the other hand, teased her mercilessly, worrying her parents. Her friends are unaware of her magical abilities. Lili's sister's name is Eliza and her parents are Alison and Bill Wagel. She lives in Bradford England. Her mother is a teacher and her father is a doctor.

Lili made her sister's purse burst into flames when she was angry at her sister for teasing her about her hairstyle, who was 14, when she was at the age of 6. Her mother realized she couldn't have meant to do it, and told her to talk to her sister about why she was upset about getting teased.
