Eyes: Heterochromatic - The left eye is a darker brown, and the right eye is a lighter green-brown

Biography:
Tacitus grew up in a Muggle household, with a mother, father and younger sister in Australia. However, when he was 10, his parents divorced (on good terms) and his mother took him and moved to England where she grew up.
First Instance of Magic:
One day, Tacitus had a fight with his mother, and so he ran downstairs to hide in his room. When his mother tried to open the door to talk to him, it slammed closed in her face, even though Tacitus was in bed, on the other side of the room. This was the first time that Tacitus seemed to have done anything even slightly magical, so it shocked them both, but Tacitus' mother calmed down quickly, and took Tacitus to go get lunch as a treat to say sorry for not telling him sooner. She explained about how his father had been a Wizard and about the existence of another secret magical world going on. His mother may have been a Muggle but Tacitus' biological father had told her everything before leaving her alone with Tacitus. When they got back to the house, that's when they noticed a small letter sitting on their doorstep, inviting Tacitus to attend Hogwarts.
