Physical Description:
Flora is 140cm tall. Her skin is in a rose-beige colour. She has long wavy hair, in a chocolatey-brown colour. She has round hazel-brown eyes and a soft smile always drawn to her face. She is half French and half English.

Mental Description:
She's always seen to have a great mood and always tries to make the best of every time. She radiates confidence and spreads laughter to anyone around her. She is very ambitious and if she has a goal set to her mind, she is willing to accomplish it.

She is very dedicated to her muggle-school in Manchester and always achieves the best of grades. She loves to study History and Science (anything related to plants is to die for!!).

Whenever she's not caught up on school work, she's either seen reading her fantasy novels or playing the violin or helping her Mum grow and expand their garden!
Biography:
Flora's paternal grandparents are originally French but moved to England years ago for better job opportunities.

Flora has no sisters or brothers, but lives in a small cottage in the countryside of Manchester with her Mum (Lily, 38) and Dad (Albert,40). As an only child, they loved her and treasured her very much.

Her father is an Environmental Science professor at The University of Manchester. Since they live in the countryside, her dad is always in the city in weekdays, but is always her in the weekends, to spend his time with Lily and Flora. He never forgets to bring them gifts as well!

Her mother is a gardener for their local area and growing flowers is her passion. She did pass this trait to Flora, as she always spends time with her mother in the gardens near their house whenever she can!
First Instance of Magic:
One sunny morning, 3 years ago, Flora and her mother were out in their garden, checking up on their plants and flowers, looking for anything that needs to be fixed. As her mother is watering the Hibiscus flowers, Flora asks her mum if she needs help. She tells her that she can water a few flowers.

When Flora goes to complete her task, she accidentally breaks one of the stems. She's quite scared of what her Mum would say, and she hasn't even started watering the plants. As sweat droplets plop on her forehead, she runs to the faucet to fill the watering pot. Suddenly, the faucet explodes with water splashing everywhere.
Oh no. She's gonna be in lots of trouble as it is.
Her mom does scold her and ground her for a few days but all goes well

Three years later, someone knocks on the door of the Fortescue's' home. Little did they know, this knock would change Flora's entire life. A middle-aged woman introduces herself as a Hogwarts Representative and says that the headmaster of Hogwarts would love to have Flora enroll. She gives them all the information they need to know about magic and how Flora can get along with everyone at Hogwarts.

Her parents were hesitant at first, as she was their only daughter whom they love and cherish very much, but also want the best for her. Because enrolling in Hogwarts is what Flora wants to do, they allow her to go and wish her the best of luck.
