Physical Description: James Ross Spencer is an extremely handsome boy with short wavy blue-black hair and blue-green eyes and chiseled face. He is muscular and limber due to the fact he has studied ballet, swims regularly and does yoga. James has poor eye sight. He is approx. 4'8''. James is so strikingly handsome that people just tend to follow him like a rock star.

He has impeccable fashion sense. At other times he enjoys wearing vintage Gothic Victorian attire. He is an eccentric. James has always knew he was extraordinary and comes from a long line of Pure Blood master wizards.

Mental Description: James Ross is a genius and though he is 11 years old he is already well-read in the classics and has a university vocabulary level. He is also a virtuoso concert pianist/harpischordist, a fine singer, violinst, actor and visual artist. He is is fascinated by any form of divination. James is a book worm and prefers a quiet scholarly and artistic type of life. He is prone to anxiety when mentally over-stimulated. He is a left-hander. He tends to be a bit of rebel, and is a bit superior. This can lead him into challenges sometimes when he has to do team work. His philosphy is usually "I can do things much better than my classmates" . He tends to not follow the rules if he disagrees, so though he is brilliant, hardworking and charming--if he is bored or feels his teachers aren't challenging him, he is apt to skip class or find more interesting diversions.

He despises organized religion, as he saw a lot of hypocrisy in the Christian church as a child. Self-righteous, bigoted, homophobic types. So he tends towards the study of pagan, and ancient wisdom.

James' favorite time of year is Autumn, and Halloween. James love fall colors, anything pumpkin spice and a dash of Gothic Victorian romance. He has always been fascinated by vampyrs, werewolves, and pirates. He is attracted to blondes.

James has had a pet raven at his home and was saddened that he could not bring him to Hogwarts, though he is excited about the prospect of his wizard studies, and making new friends and having a pet. James would probably prefer an owl. He has never really been a pet type person except for his deep love of his raven Sebastian.

James hopes to be sorted into Ravenclaw, as his mother and other family members were noted Ravenclaws, and he has heard the sorting hat, takes desire into consideration. His second choice would be Slytherin but he understand the process.

James couldn't care less about Quidditch or sports in general so during Quiddich games he would probably want to retreat to the library for study, or goes into the village for antique shopping and elegant afternoon tea at Madam Puddifoot's which he has been looking forward to when he is older. He wishes for independence.

As a pure blood he has been completely isolated from the "muggle" world in his family manors. From a wealthy family he has grown up both in England and Scotland.

James would never physically harm anyone but he despises the idea of muggles, only because his wizard family has painted them as inferior. To this date, he has never met a muggle born. He might change his mind if a muggle born proves themself a great wizard.

Biography: . James was born into an aristocratic family. His father Charles Everett, was born in Northhamptonshire, his mother Amy was born in Yorkshire. James is the oldest of 5 siblings. All of which will be fine wizards at Hogwarts and beyond someday.

James showed aptitude as a concert pianist early on and could play Mozart at age 3. Mozart is also an Aquarius like James. By age 11, James has already concertized with the London Phil, performed chamber works with Saint Martin in the Fields, and was invited to perform at Oxford and Cambridge. James hopes to be selected to perform with the Hogwart's choir and in music and drama productions.

James has a love of Gothic literature. He also enjoys quiet introverted time to himself to read and study. Making him an excellent student.

First Instance of Magic: James has always had strange incidents of seeing ghosts at his manor house which is over 300 years old and his mother caught him sipping tea in his bedroom talking. When his mother asked what he was doing, he replied: "Oh I'm just having tea with great-grandma Sarah" (who had passed away 40 years ago before he was even born.). But the first instance of magic happened when he was 9 years old. He went to open a stuck window in the upstairs music conservatory when the latch gave and he fell out the window nearly two stories but instead of landing in the family rose bushes -he levitated unscathed.

James was so excited to get his Hogwarts Acceptance letter, and hopes to be a worthy student, not only to make his family proud but to start a new adventure, and make new friends. James deep down is a little insecure and needs validation of his talents, and aptitude which is why he is a well-liked, hard worker.
