Physical Description: A relatively short girl, only 4'6", pale skin, dark, deep green eyes, blonde hair that she keeps just below her shoulders, generally tied back in a braid with streaks dyed into her hair, changing every now and then from purple to green, but she tends to keep it green (changes through hair dye)
Mental Description: Kai is smart as a whip, brave, and loyal to her friends. She has trust issues, but once she gets to know you, she'll be the best friend you've ever had. However, if you betray her, she will not forgive you. She is hesitant with physical touch, not trusting it all the time. She adores reading, walking through the woods, and writing, whether it be fantasy or about her day, and she always carries journals with her. She can be loud and outspoken, sarcastic but funny, with a slightly dark sense of humor at times, and she is kind of bitter and resentful, but she smiles and laughs easily, at least she tries to, and she tries to keep control of her temper even though it is pretty easy to trigger it. However, deep down she is loving and caring and she will prove that whenever she can. She has moderate anxiety, nothing even close to severe, and she has excellent management of that, though she can be restless with mild ADHD, but she does perfectly fine in a school environment and is able to control her restlessness and it doesn't really bother other people due to her self-control.

She had people pretend to be her friends before she realized they didn't actually care. She knew she was different from her parents. She didn't look like them, or act like them, or think like them. She didn't even share their last name. At the age of 7, right before she turned 8, she was informed that she was adopted, but she knew nothing other than that. After a while, she grew fearful and mildly resentful for how she was treated for things she couldn't control. Though it aggravated her, she stayed silent, living her life day by day and dreaming of a different world.
Explanation of her blood status: Her parents never wanted a child and if they had one, they didn't want it raised as a witch/wizard. When they had Kai, they found a Muggle family to take her in, not telling them what they were and therefore they didn't know she would be a witch, though her birth parents knew at some point they would find out. When her parents told her she was adopted, they didn't tell her anything other than that because they didn't have any other information.
First Instance of Magic: It happened at the age of 7, right after her parents had told her she was adopted. She got frustrated at how little information she was offered, and all of the pictures hanging on the wall flew off, clattering to the floor. She had been horrified and confused, but at the same time she was intrigued. After that, it was common for things to happen when her emotions were high.
