Physical Description: Amber eyes with a witty energy, Kim has a blond-turning-brown-hair. She has a lean constitution and hands and feet that look too big for her body weight right now - at least until that growth spur gets her, in the middle of her first year. Some freckles, very light colored, scatter on her face - where a joyful smile hangs most of the time.

Mental Description: PERSONALITY

Witty, curious, and in no way shy, Kim is always hovering around her mother’s notes on secret Auror department cases, inspecting her dad’s brewery barrels, or simply following her grandmother’s endless tea parties—where she gets far more gossip than she can handle about the exclusive and small circles of high witch society. Following in her mother and grandmother’s footsteps, Kim is excited to become a Hogwarts student and give her family legacy a new chapter.

Biography: Biography: At eleven years old, Kim has had her fair amount of stories, as expected of every Blayr children. At least, of the descendants of Cyneburga whose playful personality, sharp tongue and a tendency for thoughtless decisions have survived every generation of the Blayr’s girl and made their way into Kim. Born was a single child and first-and-only heir, it’s fair to say that Kim has enjoyed some degree of mercy by both her mother and father- even Aretha, her grandmother, has not avoided to turn a blind eye here and there. Her mother, Liv, was still young when birthed her - around 21 years old and at the very beginning of her Auror academy which led to too many summers spent entirely at Aretha’s, a proper English country house. Kim never fully understood how both of them could give up on her so easily - Benjamin, although his stable job as a desired and golden child heir of the Finnebar distillery, did not make much effort to keep her in London.
In fact, most of the very few memories of her childhood involved the tall trees that circumvent the mansion, the river that cut across the impressive field - so big that Kim, even from the tallest window of the house, couldn’t see it’s far end. Liv’s absence remained for most of her life, and by the time she was 7, she went to live full time in the country house, where she met one of her best friend’s - Douglas Corday, the son of a very prominent Italian wine-maker. They attended the same classes for young wizards, tutored by a very rigid and attentive Madame Satine - a long term Aretha’s friend - who was exceptionally good at teaching through real-life experiences, like detecting poisoned mushrooms (which almost led her to death, once), handling magical (like dugbog, which, again, almost led her to death) and non magical creatures (which did not led her to death, but left some scars who needed to be handled by a non-very happy Aretha). The classes also encompassed horseback riding, etiquette and ballroom dance. Sometimes, in those hot and endless afternoons were Madame Satine would rant about forks and goblets, Kim wished she was back at the little house she used to live with her mother and dad in London.
By the time she was ten, Liv had gone to Australia and then North America. She sent owls often, and most of them contained muggle stamps. At first, Kim wasn’t really interest, but slowly they grew upon her. She started to glue them carefully on a thick and brown-leather book, being cautious enough to register the date they arrived and the address from which they came from. It was a way to locate Liv. The book’s existence was a secret - a cherished universe where she and her mother would belong together, at the same place.
Douglas Corday, with his easy-going and gentle nature, reinforced her open-minded and curious behavior which led her to have a not so small group of friend who would linger way too much on the country house for Alberta’s taste, the free (and paid!) elf that lived and worked over there. But only one of them made her stomach turn -and Kim did not like to think about it a lot.

First Instance of Magic: Not many months had been gone when Liv Blayr found one of the fabric dolls glued on the ceiling, as if it was always belong there. At first, she thought it was Benjamin’s. But after a couple of days repeatedly taking the same little doll from the same spot of the ceiling, she started to grow suspicious. Kim looked far too young for this, but she had heard of babies that could burn hats, make their hair grow or just randomly let out sparkles. A doll on the ceiling did not seem too far from reality. Liv took the doll once again while the little and shineful brown eyes of her own daughter stared on her, looking very interested. But this time Liv made sure to wait at the door crack, one eye covering the small nursery painted with green and cream colors. Sure enough, she watched in awe when Kim giggled and gazed at the doll, that started to levitate - as if gravity wasn’t such a thing - until it reached the ceiling. The doll stayed there for less than three minutes, and went down as soon was Kim fell asleep.
